Hello,

I'm looking for a public folder to write files that would be available on every android device. I thought about using the Music folder however when I configure my app to use \music it does not work. I think I'm pointing to it wrong.

How do I find out what the actual full directory path on an android device is for say a music or documents folder?

Thanks.

Hi,

You can use Rho::Application.publicFolder
which provide path of your /public folder inside of your application.

For more details check the example available at http://docs.rhomobile.com/en/5.0.0/api/Application#e0

Thanks
