The system setting selection of MC40 will reduced if profile set. Any idea why the TC55 system setting won't changed after the profile been set?

Hi,
this particular profile is not currently supported on TC55 with Jelly Bean, it will be supported in the forthcoming new BSP based on Android v4.4.3 (KK = KitKat).
You can find the list of supported devices/OS version in every Profile reference page.
As an example, looking at the access manager profile, you can see at the bottom of the page that "Reduced Access" is not available on the TC55:
