Use the RemCapture tool to look at how setting changes affect the registry. Start by connecting the MC75 and taking a copy of the registry settings. Change the Bluettoth settings on the MC75 and then do a compare of the registry. This will point you in the right direction. Note that some devices have two different Bluetooth drivers so you may need to play around to make sure you have the right driver on / off. I don't know the settings for the MC75 however here are the setting we have used for the VC70 to turn Bluetooth off, so probably similar to what you are after.
