Hello Denis,
YES it is possible to have SB1 running and FTP service.
I would recommend to use Rapid Deployment Tool for SB1 in order to "push" thru Wi-Fi FTPSrv.apf file attached in this message.

FTPsrv.apf will copy ftpserver.exe in \Application\startup folder of SB1.
Once done, with any FTP client in anonymous/any password account you will able to communicate with SB1.
