Do you mean connect to connect to the RFID Reader? or to the OS?
If you mean to connect to the RFID Reader from a PC via WLAN, you could use any LLRP capable software, because the MC319Z has a LLRP server on it.
Set up your Wifi Connection on the MC319Z and note the device IP address. You will need it later.
The LLRP service on the device is up, when the green checkmark appears on the main screen.
Do not run RFID demo or RapidRead at this time, because it blocks the LLRP Port!
On the PC you could use SessionOne. The Software is available from our support site free of charge:

Start Session One and connect to the MC319Z by issuing the device IP address and connect:
Press start to read tags or configure the scan trigger ( GPIO 1) to trigger the Tag reads.
