Bluetooth audio problem

I am having trouble with Bluetooth audio.  Phone calls work fine with BT, but Audio usually does not go through my BT.  It shows as HandsFreeLink Connected(no media) on the Bluetooth settings page when this is happening and it just keeps streaming through the TC75 speaker.  It has worked a few times, but not sure what the difference is when it actually does work.  I am using SoundCloud to listen to podcasts, but I have also tried the generic media player on the device and see the same issue.

This is linked to the built in BT in my 09 Acura, I think it is the same BT as used in Hondas as well.  HandsFreeLink is what the car shows up as on the phone.

I am running the  09-04 OS on a DV1 device.  This problem was happening on previous OS releases as well.

Any ideas?

Just a couple of things to

Just a couple of things to check first.  When the audio is coming from the device speaker does the device indicate that it is still paired with the Acura BT subsystem?  It may be losing the BT connection.  Also, if possible would you be able to provide a list of the BT profiles that the Acura BT system supports?  With a little more data and perhaps an RxLog file this may be a good thing to open as an SR to get the BT team looking at it.  I have been able to use my TC75 device with a remote BT Spearker/Mic while on phone calls, but have not tried streaming media which relies on a different BT profile - so I will give that a try tonight to see if I can duplicate the issue.

with the 2 recent builts i

with the 2 recent builts i see problems  when using Bleutooth Audio streaming.

Have an Peugeot integrated Car Radio which supports  Audio Gateway and Carkit   ( On TC75 presented as Media Audio and Phone Audio )

1) When using Tune In 13.0  and  streaming Music   once the device goes into screen off , the music stream stops going over the BT connection.anan

wheh using the same setup and TC55 KK the device can suspend and continue streaming to BT.

2) TC75  if using BT streaming audio, if you press scan button it will interrupt the BT stream

3)  i see random  BT  disconnects also with these 2 latest Osbuilds on TC75

The Acura BT supports Phone

The Acura BT supports Phone and Media.  Over the weekend I installed Pandora on the device, and it now seems to be working fine with media. When it was not working, it would show Connected (no media).  I will send you an RxLogger zip file showing when the problem was happening.

I also have now seen the random disconnect issue that Herbert reported.  I was on a conference call and also had gotomeeting running (not sure if that's related).    Several times during the call, the device disconnected and then reconnected to the car.  By the time it was done, is seemed to be pretty messed up.  I could not even get it to go into speaker mode.  The speaker icon was highlighted, but it was still using the normal mode (had to put the phone to my ear).  I will send you an Rxlogger for that one too, but I think I left it running too long after the event.  I think the logcat overwrote itself.

I am still seeing disconnects

I am still seeing disconnects during a phone call on 10-02.  I think these are related to datawedge.  I was watching the device when it happened and I noticed that when it happened, the DW icon up at the top of the screen seemed to disappear momentarily.  I went in and disabled Datawedge, and it no longer seems to happen now.  To disable DW, I tapped the Datawedge icon on the launcher, then Menu Button/Settings/uncheck Datawedge Enabled.  Icon still shows on top of the screen, but no longer seems to disconnect BT randomly.
