SB1's OS image v03.01.45 can be found at Motorola Solutions Support https://portal.motorolasolutions.com/Support/US-EN
You will also need SB1's Developer Toolbox v2.4.0 to create apps.
Do you have an account in order to download current DTK & OS image for SB1?
