TC70 Not consistently staying connected to WiFi

We have several WiFi at our organization, but we only have one where our TC70 devices will be able to connect and send and receive data.

We've noticed that we have devices that were able to upload/download are suddenly not able to do either. When I check the device, I find that it has connected to another WiFi profile and that the original profile is marked with a authentication error and the only way to correct it is to reset the device. Once the device restarts, it is once again connected to the WiFi that the device can upload/download from.

After more discussions with our technical team, they feel the issue is with our internal network and have made adjustments.

Hi Tom,

Please provide the sw version on your device:
Settings-> About Device-> Software version (the last item on the menu).

Also, could you provide Fusion logs, instructions available here:
