It would appear that the build.yml only supports iPad (starts with xCode 6.3.1 as iPad Air) and iPhone (which starts as iPhone 5s). The new iOS simulator Hardware menu choices no longer have the app installed. How do you start up the simulator for iPhone 6 or 6+ with the 4.7 and 5.5 inch screen sizes?

To clarify, Mark would like to know if there might be some work-around until that issue is fixed.
Prior to Xcode 6, there was only one simulator environment, and you could simply switch devices within that environment.
Now with Xcode 6, each device model/size has it's own separate environment, and the app needs to be installed in each.
