While attempting a FullFactoryReset.zip on the device I get an error?

Hi John,
I just tired the same on 041615, and is working fine. There is no issues with the BSP. Please let me know how your are coping FullFactoryReset.zip to device. Also, after copy just make sure that the size of the file is proper in sdcard.
