Hi Raul,
I'm updating my earlier response as the Potal and Manufacturing templates are not bundled with the rest of the default templates on the device. Since these templates are purely for demonstration purposes they are bundled with the showcase app itself, I'm attaching these templates here for your reference.
Since the template does not include the image of the form you will need to load this after uploading the template. I'm attaching reference images for both Postal and Manufacturing forms to get you started but you can also launch the SimulScan Showcase demo -> “How to use this demo” -> Export Sample forms which copies the forms into /sdcard/simulscan/samples folder.
