Customer received a Firmware Update apk for increasing scanner sensitivity. He applied it to his lab devices but now he needs to back-Rev the firmware so he can document the procedure for Stage / Provision in AirWatch. Factory Reset and OS re-flash doesn't remove this firmware update. Does anyone know if he can use an older APK to back the version off and is it available?

FYI - An APK had to be created (from Support) to back off the firmware upgrade. FullPackageUpdate got rid of the FirmwareUpgrade app installed but the firmware itself persisted even through Factory Reset. The APK with older firmware return the device to "out of box" version.
