SEVT members.. some questions to get the discussion started around training
do you think we have sufficient training available?
are our training resources easy enough to find and use?
what do we need that we don't have?
I think training is really key for this product -- WorkForce Connect and its implementation / integration into a customer's network and pbx system is clearly a very complex topic.
Implementations and even PoC's can be more like "consulting engagements" than simple "installations".
