LiFi (– or optical WiFi)  consists of using the lighting networks as wireless communication networks.

Products based on LiFi technology, contributing hence to reduce the radio electromagnetic wave pollution.
From your led lighting device (or via a receiver dongle USB or audio jack) , you will be able : to send data, to listen music, to look at videos and even to connect to Internet !

As I know LiFi having good feed back (numbers of retailers in france doing some pilote (Intermarche, Carrefour, Leclerc...) Why ? :

No radio wave (use Visual on electromagnetic spectrum, which is not used so far !)
Free of regulated licences
Led already deployed
Green technology
