Our application is not able to change the time zone or to set the system clock via the Profile Manager on TC55 (Kitkat, no GMS).
The "Clock" sample also does not work.
In the Android Logcat I see some error messages - same with both applications, here from the "Clock" sample:

The same code runs successfully on a TC75 (Kitkat, no GMS).
We are using Android EMDK version 3.1.
What is going wrong?
