TC70 GA1 and rev A  and TC70 GA2  are missing the Tethering & Portable Hotspot setting from Wireless and Network settings.

Could it be that from Home Depot this setting was removed ?
Or is there another reason why we would hide the TETHERING on WIFI only devices.

it works ok when you force tethering programmatically.
