The firmware updater app that was sent out does not seem to be working for me. After installing and running the "MC18 SE4710 Firmware Update" application the firmware of the imager is still "PAACDC01-001-R01" and the update button is disabled.
Am I doing something wrong or missing a step in this process?

Just sent you the apk to update the imager on an email. Please perform the update and let us know if the problem happens again.

I have tried the update APK, but it produces the same result as mentioned above. I uninstalled the previous version, installed the new version and then launched the application.
Could you send us an image that shows the sw versions on your device ? would like to see what it shows on the imager and BSP versions on the settings.
