As you go through the wizards for Manage Application for instance I would love to see a clearer indicator when setting up an app install. For example, once you set up your app to install StageNow takes you back to "Would You Like To Install An APP?". This is very confusing, it seems like StageNow is in a loop. I believe StageNow is looping back to give the user an option to add another APP. Oonce you go through the initial APP install setup I think StageNow should ask you if you would "like to install another app?". I think that would represent what the program is trying do in a more understandable way.
