I have an ET1N0 and cradle.  Android 4.1.1
 
USB connected from cradle to PC (HP Envy, WIN 7 64).  As soon as I put ET1 in cradle it shuts down.  I have to take it out, power on reboots it.
 
I installed Android SDK Tools including Google USB drivers and also to the separate "MotoUsbDrivers.exe" and "AndroidDrv010201.exe" but still get the same result.
 
I tried the cradle/cable with a few other laptops (Win XP, Win 7 32, Win 8) w/ the same result.
 
Any ideas / things to try?
