Hi Karol,
today it's possible to manually create a Binding between the Java EMDK for Android and Xamarin to use even the Barcode API, there're some name collision to fix as you loose the character case in the binding.
We plan to release before the end of the year an EMDK for Xamarin that will make available a component to use the Profile Manager API and the Barcode API in Xamarin.
