Hi,

Bluetooth is enabled on the ZD500R and discoverable, in fact I can see it from my Android Note 4. However I am not able to see it from my iOS devices. I tried the iPod touch and iPad. Both do not see see the printer all. Any idea what I am missing?

Thanks

Sonu,
Apple requires all devices that connect via Bluetooth to their iOS devices to be certified Made For iPhone (MFi).  Unfortunately the ZD500R is not MFi certified.  Zebra's MFi products include the ZT400 (including RFID), iMZ, QLn, ZQ500, and ZQ110 printers.
This means that you will not be able to connect directly to the ZD500R via Bluetooth and explains why you are not able to discover it from iOS devices.
Are you able to use a different connectivity method to connect to the ZD500R?  You could also use an intermediary device like an Infinite Peripherals Linea Pro sled that establishes the MFI connection to the iOS device and uses a standard Bluetooth connection to the ZD500R.
