we do have several possibilities to reset an Android device.
There is a factory reset, enterprise reset and a full reset available.
There are some cases there is a need for another reset.
 
In case a device does have problems out in the field it is necessary to do a full reset.
The full reset will wipe everything as well the internal and external storage.
 
But you may not want the external storage is deleted as well, because e.g. there are map and license data from a Truck navigation software.
Typical you do not want to remove the SD Card upfront a full reset, especially when the reset is initiated by a MDM system.
 
Therefore there is a need to have a Factory Reset which will delete the internal Storage Card 0 in the same step.
 
Can we get a solution for that ?
