Greetings,
As such you will not get the Parenthesis while scanning in any scanner while reading because the same is not there in Bar code but it is only in Human Readable printed below to understand easily, The brackets are only used in the human readable text under the bar code. The purpose is to differentiate the separate data elements.
GS1-128 software recognise different types of data on the basis of the standardise Application Identifier formats.
The same is true for other GS1 Barcodes that use GS1 Application Identifiers
