Battery hot swap does not seem to work on EV1 units w/ BSP 160210 - is this OK and when we'll have this working?

While I don't recall if the 160210 BSP allows for Hot Swap, I can vouch that the latest (unapproved for Beta sites yet) BSP does work just fine doing a Hot Swap.
