The customer requires the lock down screw on the headset cable so

They would like to have an ear piece that covers the entire ear.

Does anyone know of a third party headset that doesn’t need the cable modified?
Or an ear piece adapter that enlarges the earpiece covering?

They are complaining that the RCH slides off their head when they bend over quickly to make a pick.

Has anyone had this complaint? If so, has anyone modified the headset to prevent this from happening?
