your question is very interesting
I have noted that the MC32N0 do a lot of TCP packet retransmission ( look in the attach wireshark file)
and this is not the case of MC3190 and MC3090
CE7 netlog captures log each packet twice due to where the NDIS driver lives in the device. You dont really have retransmissons, wireshark just thinks they are. For the longest time, I did not know how to remove them, but I learned how to yesterday and created a posting.
If you look at the Internet Protocol Identification Field for packets 343 and 344 (as an example) you see they are the same meaning its the same packet.
