We are trying to build an application that can receive a push notification to a MC9200 PDA device. We would like to understand more about the Sync server set up and the application code need to be written for sending/Receiving push notification using RhoMobile Suite.

Do we need to purchase licence for building apps for Windows CE device?
Is there any existing app available from Zebra which can receive push notification ?
