A client sent us an ET50 for development evaluation purposes.  The problem is when trying to access the camera via via the camera app. on the device, the camera app. opens, them promptly crashes.  After looking around on the web, I see this is a common problem after the device (various brands) have been updated from Windows 8.1 to Window 10.  I'm not sure if the device came with Windows 10 installed (I don't see that as an option for the ET5x) or the client updated the device to Windows 10 pro.
 
Any advice on restoring camera functionality to this device or more effectively troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated.
