I need to develop an app for the SB1. Could someone provide me the following informations:
 

Are there some samples for downloading, which include JavaScript, CSS, HTML and the configuriation code? If yes, could you provide the download link.
I already installed the "RDT Solo" tool for deploying an app. But this requires a ".apf" package. I found out, that a ."apf" - package could be generated with a tool like "PACKAGE BUILDER".
