We're using C# and the .NET SDK to develop our application for our Zebra MC2180 devices.
 
We want to alter the behaviour of the soft keys on the side of the device, but I cannot find anything in the documentation relating to this....
 
At present the soft keys do volume up/down functions.  As a minimum, we need to be able to set the volume to a static level that the user cannot change.
