Link OS SDK Installation

I have downloaded the Link OS Multiplateform SDK. But when i try to install the application, it gives me error saying
"LaunchAnywhere Error", "Windows error 2 occurred while loading the Java VM".
 
I have tried to copy the installer in the java director and run from there but it gives the same error.
 
Can anybody help me in this.

I tried the business of installing Java 1.7x and it did not work until I had uninstalled the 1.8x version(s).
This was even after I changed what I had in the Java Console and in manipulating paths.
Only after I had ONLY Java 1.7x installed did my Zebra SDK installation work.

Causes:
Java JRE/JDK not installed
JRE/JDK version 1.8.0_60 or later installed

Windows error 2 occured while loading the Java VM - Google Search Appliance Help

I have removed the java_home path value on system variable to C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin and it is able to install.
Java SE Runtime Environment 7 - Downloads | Oracle Technology Network | Oracle

After that, you can add the jre8/jdk  1.8.0_60 or later path to the system variable.
