We are developing some applications for ET1.
The two major problems that we have detected with the Android Technology
Impossibility to change the internal time (to synchronize all the transactions)
Impossibility to install a new apk without the user acceptance.
All these actions need the root privileges.
Is it possible to have this root certification or the similar rights?

Hi Emre,
As Andreas wrote, ET1 is actively developed anymore. It never got support from our StageNow or EMDK tools but we had some standalone utilities that could be used for those activities you asked for.

The ET1 is a discontinued product.
The interface description for management tasks like silent app install was not publicly released. It was intended to be used by MDM tools primarily.
There is no root access either.
