On my TC55 device, when I try to setup Enterprise home screen, accidentally I had removed EHS app from phone and now i am in user mode.
In this user mode I am not able to access settings and not even allowing me to install any apk .
Need a solution for below:
Is there anyway to go back to admin mode
or is there any key combination (or any other method) to factory reset the complete device.

Hi, that sounds like a strange issue. You can find instructions to factory reset your device in the TC55 integrator guide: https://www.zebra.com/content/dam/zebra_new_ia/en-us/manuals/mobile-com… . You will need a support contract or still be under warranty to download the required factory reset package from TC55 Operating System for GSM GMS Devices Support & Downloads | Zebra .
I'm not sure about getting back to admin mode, if you can connect via adb you could try re-installing the EHS app via adb install .apk . You can push an updated config xml file to /enterprise/usr/enterprisehomescreen.xml if it is a case of re-configuring EHS once it is installed.
