I am trying to flash the MC92N0 with a fresh install that includes Google services. We use a manage engine that relies on the google service working.
Anyone know how I can get this done?

Google Mobile Services are not included in the MC92N0 Android Images.
There are a number of MDM solutions available that do not rely on Google Play and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
