Using ZPL forced the cutter to cut, but when pruning is delayed mark ago for encoding and falls off the shaft. Is there some solution?

When you say ZPL forced the cutter to cut, what ZPL did you send to the printer to do that?
Also, it may be an issue with your printer's settings. Could you please attach the allcv report of the printer? Here's a walkthrough on how to get that if you've never done it before.
