Problemas TC55

Buenas tardes

Hi,Apologies for me replying

Hi,

Apologies for me replying in English.  Unfortunately Enterprise Home Screen is designed to work this way and not be removable unless you know the admin password or have access to a device image to perform a factory reset.  I suggest you get in contact with whoever loaded Enterprise Home Screen on the device to find out what the admin password might be.

Is USB Debugging enabled on

Is USB Debugging enabled on the device and can you access the device over a USB connection on your computer? If so, if you are desperate, you might be able to extract the enterprisehomescreen.xml configuration file and replace the password section with another hashed password and then replace the config file back on the device.

This password is "manh":

A factory reset requires a

A factory reset requires a device image which can only be obtained if you are under warranty or have a support contract, but my understanding is neither of those apply in this case.

Enterprise Home Screen was designed to lock down the device and it is therefore part of the design that you could not remove it without the administrator password.

The only other option I could think of would be to contact support (Contact Support ) for paid support but I suspect they will give you the same answer unfortunately.
