It is possible to upgrade OS on WAP4 WEH6.5 remotely (MDM) ? In release notes or User Guides are mentioned only manual instructions and ingenuityworking.com is not available anymore

For anybody looking for answer -> I just got reply from Zebra Tech Support that it's not possible . I find this hard to believe for such enterprise devices in 2018 but what else can I do
