Hi,

We are using the DS4308 scanner with a ASP.NET Webform applcaition. The scanner randomly give incorrect string when scanning in a Textbox inside a html Form in Chrome browser.

The scanner works fine when using it with a text editor like Notepad. Even when using the scanner with an online Text editor in the Chrome Browser the scanner works fine. We found this link which suggests this may be a OS related issue.

This is a very puzzling issue for us and we would appreciate any help or insight we can get.
