Hello everyone,
I would like to configure a kiosk mode allowing the user to use only the physical keyboard of the handheld scanner.
I'm using:
- EHS (Enterprise Home Screen v 2.6.1)
- Symbol MC9200 Handheld scanner (Android KitKat 4.4.1)
I've tried different settings/configs but the on-screen keyboard always pops up.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening, in kiosk mode?

We use this and it's very simple. the keyboard has one button that submits a form in our case. Having the one-button (rather than null keyboard) allows swapping back to a full keyboard when needed.
You can make default in android keyboard settings.
