I was checking if we can print using Zebra HC-100 and Zebra ZXP-3 from iPad by connecting them through Bluetooth? are these two iOS compatible?

No, HC100 wristband printers and ZXP-3 card printers do not have Bluetooth connectivity. So you cannot connect to them through Bluetooth from iPad.
