Feature request: Have a field in config.xml which allows the zoom buttons to be hidden, but zoom functionality (pinch to zoom) still enabled.

Currently the only parameter in config.xml is "EnableZoom" which does hide the zoom buttons, but also disables all zoom functionality. I'm requesting a config parameter to allow control of if the zoom buttons are displayed while keeping zoom functionality enabled.
