File downloads don't appear to work in Enterprise Browser 1.8 on Android 5.1 using a TC70 (Android Webview version 67). When attempting to download a file using Enterprise Browser, we see a "Downloading File" popup. Looking at the notification drawer, there is a notification for the Download Manager app, but it just shows " Download unsuccessful". Attempting the same file download using the build default Android web browser works.

Is downloading files supported in Enterprise browser? This file specifically is a PDF, but the issue seems to happen with other files also.

In addition, we've noticed that when attempting to trigger a file download using a library which uses FileSaver.js (which creates a Blob and then uses Url.createObjectURL()) Enterprise Browser crashes.
