I need some more information to help you with the error you are seeing. Please capture the debug log from the device using ADB. There may be error messages there that point to where the problem is occurring. Thanks for your reply. As a matter of fact, this error has already gone. I've got another error. This is its description:
In program, Zebra RFID API Mobile demo is not detecting any device in its section "Available Readers"
In program, RFID Manager: connection status: Reader: attached but in Client Application it displays "DISCONNECTED".
First, please take a look at the version of your "Zebra RFID Mobile" application. It's possible you are using a version intended for a differnet device (the RFD8500). You must use one of the versions at the link below (either v18.104.22.168 or newest v22.214.171.124). After installing one of these newer versions, please test again and see if you see the device under AVAILABLE READERS.
