i would like to ask if there's a possibility of installing/configuring a Virtual private network into MC67NA scanner in order for it to be connected to our company network, i tried using the VPN configuration on the device but its not working.
is there a need to install third party application on the device and if yes what is the software.

It is certainly possible to install a VPN client, which one to use will depend on which network you're trying to connect to. Your VPN server / provider should be able to point you to the right client, assuming one exists for your environment, or provide you with the right configuration.
