It looks like 140xi4 has no support for Link-OS and it is so-called "ZebraLink" printer.
You can see it in Release Notes document for most recent version of printer firmware.
There are no any mentions of Link-OS, but ZebraLink is mentioned there.
The 140Xi4 printer is discontinued. There is a replacement model ZT620 that has support for Link-OS.
