We have purchase a license for Enterprise browser 2.0 and we have receive an email from our supplier.
But when we want to go on the portal flexnetoperations we have the following message
"Not able to initialize user. Please contact system administrator." and "Error occurred."
we cannot associate the license and are stuck.

Ok, the problem is solved, the account was not yet confirmed
