We've got a ZQ520 test unit, which I need to get working before we commit and roll out across the warehouses.
The issue I'm experiencing is that when I have the printer installed using the CPCL driver it works ok (aside from not feeding an extra mm after printing) - when when I print with the ZPL driver it generates four blank labels before printing the actual label.
The label dimensions are correct in both instances, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what I should try next.

Is your printer able to print label without mentioned issue from Zebra Designer?
Could you please to share a photo of your labels that is demonstrating the issue?
Also could you please to perform following SGD command and share resulted allcv report:
! U1 getvar "allcv"
