Forgot to mention that in fact you can set up specific dimension for the barcode, but the barcode will be printed as an image. You can use ZebraDesigner that will do the ZPL for your barcode.
However, I wouldn't recommend to use images of barcodes because the probability that the barcode cannot be read by scanners is high, so for this reason Zebra developed ZPL commands to secure the quality of barcode’s printing and reading.

In ZPL language you have no precise control on width of most barcodes. For some barcodes you can select barcode width from the set of values. For some 2D codes you can set arbitrary value of 2D code size. What exact barcode type do you mean and what exact barcode command you are using? Could you please to share your ZPL code?
