GMS Restricted on Android 7.1on SDM-660 platform devices?

is it possible to restrict GMS in Android 7.1 on SDM-660 platform devices?

Hi, I am afraid GMS Restricted is only supported on MX8.3+ which runs on Oreo or higher.  The feature is not available on Nougat.
