Hello, I have a ZEBRA ZQ520 that prints ok but it cuts the paper before the end of the document (coincidentally at A4 paper vertical size).
This only happens with one of the printers and works ok for the other one.
Is this a configuration that I have too change?
If yes, how can I do that?

Hello Hugo,
You can obtain allcv reports from both printers. The one that is working ok and another that has an issue. To do that you can use following SGD command:
! U1 getvar "allcv"Here is information on how to capture report properly: Using the SGD Allcv Command ! U1 getvar "allcv"
Then you can compare captured reports to see what exact settings are resulted to the issue.
